LMPD officers under investigation can get fresh start with resignation

I'm a citizen, and I have a problem with this. Now, more than ever, we need to use whatever it takes to enforce the law. I can't believe Obama has done this. He said military equipment and arsenal intimidates the people law enforcement officers are supposed to protect. BS! It makes the law abiding citizen feel safe to have those resources. With what has unfolded across the country in recent months, it's clearly necessary. I appreciate all you do. I have the utmost respect for all you do. Thank you so much. Be safe.
