Attorney: Jefferson County Sheriff's Office 'not accurate' in response to judge's harassment claims

Initial plan is in place. Equipment has been in the inventory for some time. The Command staff has been waiting on a few cases to be settled before being fielded.

Lots of moving parts and concerns still have to be executed.

Based on other major cities significant events and botched Louisville events, it is time to execute much needed programs. It will be a pain, at first, but it will keep many officer straight. Most important it should be looked as a tool to effectively put bad people where they need to be, in front of a judge.
