They may have been in the wrong for ignoring his medical symptoms, but the prosecutor appears to have screwed some of this up too. Its a sad commentary on what can happen when you only pay the police enough to live in a van down by the river and have a disgraced ex-cop as your lead DA investigator. She also appears to be an example of how much the Peter Principle applies to attractive people in politics. Must have forgot about that ordinance they had on the knife. A botched case about a botched arrest in a city full of crime and 3rd world style poverty. I am sure the feds will straighten it all out in a year or 2 when they finish their investigation Obama is a great criticizer, but what the f--k has he done to fix anything since 2009? NOTHING.
