Suspect dead in officer-involved shooting near Lassiter Middle School

Flag burning isn't legal when there's a ban on public burning of anything. You can't just ban flag burning, but you can ban burning in general. Those officers also failed to recognize this was a civil property dispute that they didn't witness the beginning of. Anyone who uses forces in that situation to return a burned flag does so at their own legal peril.
