Does that mean the child is a racist because several CRIMINALS, who were black males, traumatized her or him and now exhibits the legitimate fears caused by such an attack? No, it just means that child will have to have lots of time and care in learning who he or she can trust.

It does mean the judge was wrong on this one.

If you'd like to see an example of blatant racism, look no further. You'll have to settle for seeing here though because you won't hear about it anywhere else. Just reverse one aspect of the circumstances....it would be national news. But, by all means, feel free to continue attempting to convince yourself how everyone else is a racist....just not you.

You are the racist. I have read your ignorant posts many times. You have a burning hatred for white people and should be put on a watchlist for it. Radicals like you often end up joining groups like the Black Panthers or ISIS.

You could learn quite a bit from this young man.

It's just white people being white people again. Hypothetically, if that little girl had been robbed by a white man she would not have a "fear of all white men, every white man she encounters again except her daddy." I give the little girl a pass...she is only three. Her parents coached her into what to say and revealed their thoughts in court. They probably have always wanted to say those words and used their impact statement as the perfect opportunity to do it.

"Parent Leads Attack on Teacher at Long Island School"

At this point teachers ought to be collecting combat pay:

Two people, an adult and a juvenile, have been arrested in connection with an assault on a teacher inside a Long Island middle school.

The alleged attack took place Wednesday at the Alverta B. Gray Schultz Middle School in Hempstead.

Police say 34-year-old Annika McKenzie assaulted the female teacher, identified as Catherine Engelhardt, with McKenzie’s attorney, Donald Rollock, claiming the teacher had “put her hands on” McKenzie’s 12-year-old daughter earlier in the day.

That accusation appears not to have merit, as it is “only coming from the lawyer at this point” and McKenzie has not filed a police report.Authorities say the teacher was shoved against the wall, placed in a headlock and thrown to the floor, where she was kicked and punched by several students, including McKenzie’s 14-year-old niece. The teen was arrested, and both suspects are being charged with second-degree assault. McKenzie also faces a charge of strangulation.

Encouragingly, the teacher was soon released from the hospital, despite evidently having been rendered unconscious in the attack.

Engelhardt is now recovering at home, where she spoke exclusively to Eyewitness News.

“It’s not like I thought a parent would do something, but I knew something violent was going to happen,” she said. “I’ve warned them time and again that the children have no respect for adults. Yes, I fear for my safety. They can’t control the kids.”

Parents who show up at school to lead physical assaults on the teachers are not likely to help matters. Imagine what the kids are told at home.
