Here's what I found when I did a Google search. I hope this clears up the definition. I will ask the PIO to putt an After School Special video on Metro TV with animated thugs beating up people in courtrooms, trains, buses and gas stations while people like you blame the police for arresting them.

White people are VERY smart people. They will often use racially coded language and when you point it out to them they have already rehearsed what excuse they are going to give you. Urban youth, ghetto, baby daddy, thug, drug infested. White people will use these all freely and then tell you that you are overreacting when you ask them to explain exactly what they mean.
