They have a good picture of him and his fellow thugtard. Somebody has probably already turned him in. He will do a few months jail time, get out, go back to his gang in the hood and probably end up dead at a young age because he disrespected some other gang banger's woman on the corner outside the liquor store. This was just a brief 15 minute glimpse of the fu--ed up life these kinds of people lead. If police aren't allowed to contain this problem, then they will be beating people or worse. This is why big parts of Louisville are in chaos right now.
