I never mentioned the officers. The real problem is the 12 years down the drain working for 2 administrations not wanting or knowing how to tackle serious crime in any organized fashion. Its left to beat cops to figure it out in between all the traffic details and unnecessary forms. The command is good for going on TV and having meetings. Locking up a shooter is what homicide does, and thats not the problem. The problem is all the drug rings and gangs shooting it out. They do get locked up when the try to go somewhere like Bardstown. The country folk aren't as accomodating to their crime wave as here.
