This man was a clear model of the description "finest". He will be missed greatly. I worked as an outside contractor with him at MPD's Academy and no greater pleasure could be had. His enthusiasm was infectuous. Its unbelieveable that we're without this man. God bless his family, friends and those he protected. His loss is tremendous. He will be sadly missed. But his memory shall reign in my soul for a very long time. Every officer I meet from here on shall help fondly recall Cliff to my mind. Praise this American hero! Thank God I was fortunate to get to know him.
