Jeffersonville Mayor demotes police chief, appoints replacement

A white person who reads your post will shake their head and dismiss it as "blaming whites". It is NOT blaming whites who control and dispense court penalties. The point I took from your post is: if those who have the power to implement EFFECTIVE change (whites) had their own neighborhoods effected, they would have put an end to the mayhem long ago. If someone shoots and kills someone in a wealthy east end neighborhood let's watch the prosecutors work overtime to ensure they'll stay in jail for many, many years. There are people who commited muder in the west end in 2011 that are now walking freely in the west end.
