LMPD Chief Forms New Task Force to Address Spike in Homicides in the Metro

Another early morning murder. The Housing authority could put a curfew on its properties and require residents to follow it or be booted out. They could get a permit if they have a job requiring them to go out at night. Its been done in housing projects before. Put up some cameras that do facial recognition to track who is going where. The feds will pay for that.
