"Operation Trust" includes LMPD divisions and VIPER, the FBI, Drug Enforcement administration, ATF and the U.S. Marshall. No small cities, no JCSO. no Parole officers, no neighboring counties or KSP. This has obviously not been fully thought out yet, so why the big press conference? There are plenty of existing examples to model it after. Fighting crime isn't rocket science but around here people have gotten a cant-do attitude and are demoralized.
