Where is the accountability of the VIPER Unit? A waste of manpower. Dismantle, disassemble, disburse back into the divisions.

This dept is one big bowl of no accountability. No accountability with VIPER, Flex, Division Det, patrol officers sitting in parking lots all shift (some who play actual video games against each other). I have not seen a flex det in my division in over a year... Had no idea Div Det. were assigned beats and had no clue who was assigned to mine because I have neverrrrrrrrr see him one time. Sgts over all the abv have no clue what their people are or not doing. Patrol is at its lowest levels ever... many many beats only have one car. I could go on and on and on......
