JCPD did have a few morons within its ranks of 501 sworn officers, LPD also had its share of morons out of its 733 sworn officers. Now that WE together are over a thousand strong, there are too many piece of **** officers on the department to even shake a stick at. It's worse now than it ever was before merger.
