No I was a proud LPD officers... BUT I NEVER THINK ABOUT AFTER 12 PLUS YEARS....

JCPD made better pay, had better benefits, and had a better reputation. So what's the problem? Nobody wanted to merge with LPD, it made absolutely no financial sense for any county officer.
