You are correct that police tactics are always subject to improvement, although I will not second guess those at that scene. The department needs to get people up to speed on modern apprehension tactics like this simple vehicle intercept. Grabbing someone at their home can lead to a barricaded suspect. Tell the Mayor to give me an A-Team to train up these officers, along with a few MRAPs and some MH6s to make Louisville a better place to live, work and play.
