So what he's on video and pleaded not guilty...maybe he has a defense you don't know about. Lot's of cases seem slam dunk until a jury gets ALL the facts. Rodney King's beating was on video too but the jury decided the cops were not guilty. Yes, a jury NOT made of police officers.
