Great post. Being Metro myself, I am sick of the apparent and arrogant Metro mindset at other agencies and even some of our own divisions. We may be the biggest in the state, but we are a laughingstock outside of our agency. It is embarrassing to have other agencies ask what is going on with you guys. If you think J-town and some of the other small agencies are incompetent, I bet if they hired you, you would go there and take that much larger salary wouldn't you. And you could take your super cop,
