You are obviously a lawsuit either pending or waiting to happen. I just heard LMPD is now telling its officers they cannot Taser somebody if they are running "away" from officers. To think this was ever done in the first place is outrageous! I remember when we were told LMPD would only use Tasers as an alternative to deadly force. See, give the police an inch...they take a mile until they are sued. And you want the Chief to run the department however he wants (smh)....Yeah, right!!!
