The part you aren't telling was that the owner was ripping off her employees on their tips. Very similar to what celebrity Chef Mario Batali was doing in New York and lost a lawsuit on. The fact that she hasn't sold it yet is telling because she apparently asking way to much for the property. Something shady going on.
