We need less attention on bike lanes and focus more attention on a lesser known and far more dangerous threat to society. We should spend this new source of tax revenue on dedicated "Twerking Lanes". If there were properly marked and labled lanes in which to safely twerk whilst hanging out the door of a moving vehicle, there would be far fewer twerking related fatalities.
