Louisville football player arrested, charged with assault of a police officer

I work on one of those channels and LMPD always has excuse on why they cannot make the run or why they cannot back me up in a reasonable time frame. You guys are workingand I respect that, but the smaller agencies, who are mostly retired metro, are not respected.
