Louisville football player arrested, charged with assault of a police officer

5th and 6th class cities in an urban area like Louisville should not even have a police department. Its hard enough trying to get competent and non-corrupt leadership in a larger city with more eyes on them. Most are out there at night without backup operating on the Sheriffs radio system. Thats just a recipe for disaster.
