You're wrong. It will be amended down because defense attorneys and prosecutors are too buddy buddy. The whole concept of conferencing cases in the "conference room" is nothing more than a money making scam for lawyers and should be done away with. Bad guy gets charged, plead guilty. If not, time for a pc hearing/jury trial.
