It will be amended down because almost anytime a police officer charges somebody with assault on them, it is a bs charge (and you know it!) Kind of reminds me of the little kid who acts like a sissy on the playground: "Mom!!! He pushed me too hard." Police officers used to be courageous and brave. Now they are girly wimps who hold grudges like women. This assault case is bs. If the officer did not get medical treatment he should be ashamed for even charging it.
