I remember along time ago when the mayor of Louisville fired the police chief for giving out an award for two cops who shot a man in a truck. The police were very upset about the firing. They protested one morning by using their police cars to block roadways and walking in the streets in "solidarity". The police did not get a permit to block the roadway either. How soon do we forget, huh?
