More people dying in LMPD shootings

Skimmed the entire news article, what part of it has anything to do with "rogue police"? The news article is about a teenage suspect who robbed and killed a teenage victim. As far as having martial law in the bad parts of the city, it's probably not a terrible idea. If the criminals and sh*theads who live in those parts of town don't want to start acting decent and stop harming one another, then maybe it is time to bring in the military. If that ever does happen anywhere in the USA, then you've basically forfeited your right to complain about the "militarization" of police agencies.
