Maybe so...but folks like you have a weird obsession about the whole concept of firing somebody. I have met people like you before. You tend to want everyone fired regardless of what they did. You don't see the world as anything in-between. As far as you're concerned, anyone who violates a clearly written policy should be fired NO QUESTIONS ASKED!!! Which is why you are so miserable now.
