No indictment in Ferguson case

You should spend a little less time on the razors edge, shaking down homeless panhandlers and a little more time coming up with a new insult. The whole coffee/gas station thing is getting old and busted.

Will the new cameras record the entire shift? That seems like a drain on batteries, and a lot of useless data storage. It would make sense for the officer to turn the camera on, when making a run. Hopefully the cameras would be continually running on say a 30 second loop, so the camera records 30 seconds prior to the officer hitting record.

There is an inherent difference between being a supervisor and leadership. Maybe you should sit down, take a sip of coffee and think about what you aspire to be instead of attempting to belittle people whom you know nothing about. You only end up presenting yourself as an insufferable twãt.
