Kentucky is just getting better by the day. FRANKFORT, Ky. – In a surprise announcement that he said will help both state and country, Gov. Steve Beshear said Thursday that Lt. Gov. Jerry Abramson will resign to take a job in the White House and that former state Auditor Crit Luallen will replace him.
