"Then they are too afraid of the handful of full time troublemaker activists and should grow a pair. The public doesn't demand much except to keep the killers and robbers off the street. The big mouths would have you believe the public only wants to make the streets safe for criminals. Everytime we hear apologetic words from the department for a criminal who got shot as he tried to murder an officer, it sends the wrong message to the thugs and the officers alike." I agree with this.
