All that passing of cases to increase fees could be construed as intentional obstruction of the court for personal gain in other states. Not Kentucky though. Our courts are ranked 36th of 50 states for good reason. If you can't show up on time, then don't stuff your calendar with more cases than you can handle. Thats why good firms hire junior attorneys.

Your right "new around here" has 15 years on-unless your on day working on a work day-you should also be making more money while you wait-easy OT-you really think all his clients are paying him the full amount the first time they see him? The reason people think he is so good is scared Ofcs give him mis. ever time he ask. Didn't the article say he was there asking for a dismissal. I am sure he got it-probly on your only felony of the year case.
