Officer accused of kicking handcuffed woman

Don't listen to the previous post. This is still a great department, not because of the command staff, but because of the majority of great individuals that do their best, to do their duty, to God, country and community. A better piece of advice to "rookies" is to realize that this is not the 1980's anymore. There are cameras everywhere so conduct yourself as if someone is always watching. Stop doing irresponsible and ignorant sh~t and you'll do just fine.
