I am the poster about 99.9%, and I misunderstood the OP. I was talking about thugs, and thought they were too. So many topics it's hard to keep up. I'll try to do better. Perhaps a nap is in order.

Sorry I wasn't clear. You are correct. When a police officer gets in trouble they are automatically assumed to be guilty and have to be proven innocent. Police officers should be afforded the same rule of law that applies to everyone else... innocent until proven guilty.
