They charged her with 2 misdemeanors. The woman she is alleged to have kicked has a court date for her Robbery 2nd charge in October. LMPD is prone to stating its opinions about pending cases against officers when it should be treating it just like any other criminal case and not say much of anything. Look how little they gave the press about the 2 guys who murdered the 1 year old. Politics rules the day as usual.
