1st - I don't know her or anything more than the news stuff. Was it possible something else was going on? Was the perp trying to get up to flee or do something else? PIO was super quick to condemn her in the news. I thought thorough investigations were supposed to be conducted prior to praise or condemnation. Unless this happened longer ago than I know about.
