White guys could really excel in basketball but I have found they are often very timid and girly when they play sports with trash talking blacks. They lack the street swagger and everything makes them feel unsafe. If a black guy yells too loudly, their inner womanhood comes out and they want to sit out on the bench.

Miami is 65% hispanic, so its obviously just as racist to not have a single hispanic player or coach. Or it isnt't racist at all because they hired THE BEST QUALIFIED instead of hiring by quotas.
