I'm sorry. Let me rephrase my example to something that might be easier for you to understand from your skewed and patently biased point of view.

Qwontez was sentenced to the state penitentiary for a crime which he did not commit. Even when he was confronted at trial with surveillance camera footage of him clearly visible in the video caught in the act of armed robbery, his response when he took the stand in his own defense was, "That look a lot like me, but that ain't me".

If Qwontez was sentenced to 25 years, but served only 3 years and 4 months before being released on parole, what percentage of his total sentence did he actually serve?

Obviously you rode the short bus at one point to school.

Yes, you are correct, the population in the US is around 13%. However sir, in the city of Louisville, African Americans make up 22.2% of the population. So let me help you through this since, obviously, you were not one of Pythagorian scholars. Your first mistake was looking at the entire US population of African American's which should not be used when hiring for the City of Louisville. Come on now. If you are going to challenge me, at least be somewhat of a challenge.

If 19 officers were hired and 3 were African Americans, then to accurately reflect the city of Louisville's African American population, 4 should have been hired not 3.

Lately, Louisville has been known to hire 25 officers and only 3 would be African American. So in that situation, at least 5 officers should be in that graduating class.

Class dismissed. You flunked.
