This isn't a "good post" at all. If you all really believe that there is no racial bias in within LMPD, then you are either blind, don't want to know about it or you just don't care. First of all, I am within the Dept. Tell me why there are more Caucasian females on this department then African Americans all together? Tell me why in every recruit class there are no more than 3 African Americans in them? Don't give me the story that "they" are not qualified enough, or are not applying because I know
