Yeah sure. Let's give him the full benefit of the doubt and assume that he has an advanced degree from a prestigious university. Heck, I'll bet that he's not behind on his child support and that if he wasn't in jail on these trumped-up charges, he'd be getting up early in the morning to go to work.
