Jeffersontown Police chief talks about Tuesday’s police chase

S P I happened. We got their first recommendation. Later when that one left we got another S P I honor graduate. It is a great program for social theory. Not practical theory. C'est la vi. Maybe the new kids will get a real leader for chief. This chief is a nice guy, genuine in his beliefs, but politically hampered and has continued to surround himself with questionable staff.
