Officers really need to stay on their game here in Louisville. We have been very fortunate but times are changing. Indianapolis is a stark reminder how things can go South very quickly. There is a culture of people here who have no respect for life or property. Police officers are often caught up in the middle of society's failures especially in ultra liberal urban environments like Louisville. The shift over the years here from law enforcement to hand holding is starting to come around and bite
