Because some people will always factor it in and hope you are too stupid to realize it. Then you when call them on it, they say you're always pulling the card. There are Majors who had no more schooling than Burns, but their appoints were never criticized. JH, JW, KK. Burns only got his division because "they needed a Black". That's why blacks whine racism!
