And how about the mother that laid her diapered little baby on the hot street recently? That poor angel does not have a shot if she will be raised by that woman. That situation sounded more like a cultural and mental health issue. What those awesome neighbors did by helping that baby and calling police is what we all have to do. We have to watch out for the defenseless. We have step up for those that can't help themselves....babies, children, the elderly, and animals. They're all weak and vulnerable.
