And years ago, the hardworking officers would tell lazy slugs to their face to get off their sorry as***. It they didn't they found themselves in deep do do with their whole platoon. It isn't always about the C.O. The platoon folks have to put the pressure on. Trust me, it is very simple to handle via many ways. Use your head for something other than a hat holder.
