I have yet to understand what someone means when they call someone a "lazy" officer. I am not being sarcastic, I am dead serious. I mean really, what exactly is a lazy officer? If it means an officer who does not make runs, that is BS because you cannot literally "not make a run" with such frequency that sooner or later someone will call back and complain you never showed up...This is where the Bullsh't answers come in: oh, yeah such and such NEVER makes runs. Again, try not making a run at least
