Mob violence OT costs city almost $1 million

Louisville is a wannabe city. It is really a cesspool, but wants to be regarded as a progressive city like Charlotte, Seattle, or even Baltimore. The people here are in a time warp and are more like sheep. Even the thugs in Cleveland have more class than most people in Louisville.
