Mob violence OT costs city almost $1 million

There is nearly half the number of Detectives and Beat cops.... Counting Major Crimes, Flex, Viper, drug court, Metro Narcotics, Marshall task force, Division Detectives, some division have additional Detectives like "bite" in the the fourth. I'm sure I forgot some.. but thats close to 250 Detectives I am sure...
