I like Buckner, He said He wanted to be a Chief and now he is a Chief. I know plenty of people that are not even qualified to be Criminals that are Convicted Felons so when it comes to qualifications We know that we (Black and poor people)qualify for being arrested and put in the back of Squad Cars.
