If I'm not mistaken he has almost 7 years on. Also if I'm not mistaken many of the academy staff over the years had less than that before becoming an instructor (KT, MB, etc) and they did just fine. If he can teach Taser and the spot is open let him have it. I don't want it. That being said AW is an alright dude. The hat thing is a little goofy though.
